The steps were existing but the handrails got replaced.

This home had solid steps leading straight into the door. After the homeowner had a fall while carrying groceries in, they decided to have a deck built to provide a safer landing between the steps and the door.

Sturdy and strong. The homeowners are very satisfied with the strength and sturdiness of their new deck. We used 4″x6″ posts set in 24″ of concrete to support the deck.

The new deck is 6ft by 12ft, with a step down from the door to the deck. The existing steps were relocated to the end of the deck and new handrails were installed on the steps to match new railing installed on the new deck.
